I’m Joe Newton Jr., owner of DogWatch of Eastern Georgia. We have been keeping dogs safe and owner’s happy in the Piedmont area for more than 10 years. We discovered DogWatch after moving into downtown Thomson in 1999. I needed a way to keep my two Brittany’s (Kelly and Luca) safely on my property. I knew that traditional fencing or kenneling was not an option, and I did not want to confine them by keeping them tethered. That’s when I started to investigate underground dog fencing.

We were looking for the highest quality product at an affordable price. After doing my homework on the available options, it seemed like DogWatch had the most to offer in terms of technology, reliabilty, safety, ease of use and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, there was no local Dealer, so I decided to work with an established DogWatch Dealer in another town for a few days to find out if the system was as good as it sounded. I was so impressed with the product and the company that I decided to become a DogWatch Dealer for the greater Piedmont area.

Our business has grown steadily over the years, and it is now our only business so we can devote the time and effort needed to make sure we design and install the system that is right for you and your dog.
